Top 3 Tradicionalna Balkanska Jela: Sarma, Ćevapi i Musaka sa Receptima

Naravno Evo nekoliko recepata za tradicionalna balkanska jela:

1. Sarma (punjeni kupus)

Sastojci:

– 1 glavica kiselog kupusa

– 500 g mlevenog mesa (najbolje mešavina svinjetine i junetine)

– 100 g pirinča

– 1 glavica crnog luka

– 2 čena belog luka

– 1 kašika aleve paprike

– So i biber po ukusu

– 2 lista lovora

– 200 g suvog mesa (po želji)

– Ulje

Priprema:

1. Na ulju propržite sitno seckani crni i beli luk. Dodajte mleveno meso i propržite dok ne porumeni.

2. Dodajte opran pirinač, alevu papriku, so i biber. Sve dobro izmešajte i sklonite sa vatre.

3. Odvojite listove kiselog kupusa i u svaki stavite po kašiku nadeva. Uvijte sarmu i poređajte u šerpu.

4. Dodajte lovorov list i suvo meso između sarme za dodatni ukus.

5. Prelijte vodom da ogrezne i kuvajte na laganoj vatri oko 2 sata.

2. Ćevapi

Sastojci:

– 500 g mlevenog mesa (najbolje mešavina junetine i svinjetine)

– 2 čena belog luka

– 1 kašičica sode bikarbone

– So i biber po ukusu

– Ulje za prženje

Priprema:

1. U posudu stavite mleveno meso, sitno seckani beli luk, sodu bikarbonu, so i biber.

2. Sve dobro izmešajte i ostavite da odstoji u frižideru nekoliko sati, najbolje preko noći.

3. Oblikujte ćevape rukama i pržite ih na roštilju ili tiganju s malo ulja dok ne porumene sa svih strana.

3. Musaka od krompira

Sastojci:

– 500 g mlevenog mesa

– 1 kg krompira

– 1 glavica crnog luka

– 2 jajeta

– 200 ml mleka

– So, biber i aleva paprika po ukusu

– Ulje

Priprema:

1. Na ulju propržite sitno seckani crni luk, dodajte mleveno meso i začine. Pržite dok meso ne porumeni.

2. Krompir oljuštite i isecite na tanke kolutove.

3. U pleh za pečenje ređajte red krompira, red mesa, dok ne potrošite sav materijal. Završite sa krompirom.

4. Umutite jaja sa mlekom i prelijte preko musake.

5. Pecite u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200°C oko 45 minuta, dok krompir ne omekša i musaka ne porumeni.
